Do I need any prior experience with meditation?

No experience is required. The Himalayan Siddha teachings are offered so that anyone can begin, whatever their background — each practice is guided step by step.

What is Himalayan Siddha Meditation?

It is a meditation rooted in an authentic Himalayan lineage of more than five thousand years, transmitted directly by Yogmata. It works to purify body and mind and to awaken the life force within.

Are the programs available in English?

Yes. Selected programs, retreats and materials are offered in English. Please see each program page, or contact us for the current schedule.

How can I take part in a retreat?
