Darshan

In the Himalayan tradition, darshan is the occasion of meeting a realised master face to face — a moment in which blessing is given and received.

Yogmata holds darshan in Japan and, on occasion, overseas. Participants receive her blessing directly, hear her teaching, and are guided in meditation.
